- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard seeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the liquid reduces and is absorbed into the mixture.
- Transfer to a jar and let cool to room temperature.
