  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup north bay produce blueberries halved
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350℉.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the self-rising flour with the Greek yogurt.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until mixed. Fold in the halved blueberries and knead them in.
  4. Split the dough into 8 equal portions, then shape each into a rope and pinch the ends to form a bagel.
  5. Whisk the egg with the water to create an egg wash and set it aside.
  6. Arrange the bagels in a greased air fryer basket and brush them with the egg wash. Air fry at 350℉ for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with cream cheese and enjoy!
