- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup north bay produce blueberries halved
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350℉.
- In a small bowl, combine the self-rising flour with the Greek yogurt.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until mixed. Fold in the halved blueberries and knead them in.
- Split the dough into 8 equal portions, then shape each into a rope and pinch the ends to form a bagel.
- Whisk the egg with the water to create an egg wash and set it aside.
- Arrange the bagels in a greased air fryer basket and brush them with the egg wash. Air fry at 350℉ for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with cream cheese and enjoy!
