Ingredients

  • two 14 oz. cans whole artichoke hearts, packed in water
  • 2 t olive oil
  • 1 tsp. italian herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper (more or less to taste)
  • 2 t coarsely-grated parmesan cheese (or more)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 390F/200C, if necessary.
  2. Drain the artichoke hearts in a colander.
  3. Cut the artichoke hearts in half.
  4. In a bowl, coat the artichoke hearts with olive oil and seasonings.
  5. Gently toss to ensure they are fully coated.
  6. Place the artichoke hearts in the Air Fryer basket with the cut side facing up.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, but check around 6-7 minutes for doneness.
  8. Serve hot, optionally with a dip.
