- two 14 oz. cans whole artichoke hearts, packed in water
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 tsp. italian herb seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper (more or less to taste)
- 2 t coarsely-grated parmesan cheese (or more)
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 390F/200C, if necessary.
- Drain the artichoke hearts in a colander.
- Cut the artichoke hearts in half.
- In a bowl, coat the artichoke hearts with olive oil and seasonings.
- Gently toss to ensure they are fully coated.
- Place the artichoke hearts in the Air Fryer basket with the cut side facing up.
- Cook for 10 minutes, but check around 6-7 minutes for doneness.
- Serve hot, optionally with a dip.
