  • 12 scoops unflavored collagen peptides or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
  • 1/4 cup mini white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Grind the oats in a food processor or high-speed blender until they resemble a chunky flour.
  2. Transfer ground oats to a large bowl. Add peanut butter, honey, collagen peptides or protein powder, hemp hearts, bee pollen, vanilla, and sea salt, stirring until fully combined.
  3. Fold in freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate; adjust amounts for preference.
  4. Scoop out a tablespoon of mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  5. Chill for a refreshingly cool treat or enjoy immediately.
