Instructions
- Wrap garlic cloves in foil and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400°F for 30–35 minutes, until soft and golden.
- In a food processor, combine drained white beans, roasted garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy and smooth, adjusting seasoning as desired.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with parsley. Pair with fresh veggies, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
