  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
  • ½ large papaya or 1 small one (peeled and diced)
  • 46 kiwifruits (peeled and diced)
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup (236ml) passion fruit puree
  • 12 guavas, blended and the seeds strained for pulp (or ½ cup pineapple juice)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix the sugar and water together.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, continuously stirring until the sugar dissolves, which takes about 5-7 minutes.
