Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chicken, green onions, bell pepper, cilantro, and taco seasoning using a hand mixer until fully blended.
- Spread about 1/4 of the mixture evenly across the first tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.
- Roll the tortilla up carefully, ensuring the filling stays inside.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
- Chill the rolled pinwheels in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow them to set.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-1 1/2 inch pinwheels.
