  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 burrito tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chicken, green onions, bell pepper, cilantro, and taco seasoning using a hand mixer until fully blended.
  2. Spread about 1/4 of the mixture evenly across the first tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.
  3. Roll the tortilla up carefully, ensuring the filling stays inside.
  4. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
  5. Chill the rolled pinwheels in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow them to set.
  6. Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-1 1/2 inch pinwheels.
