- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine Dijon mustard, sliced strawberries, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth.
- In a jar, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, and the strawberry mixture. Set aside for later use.
