- 1½ teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 2 dashes vinegar-based hot sauce

Instructions
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the egg yolks from the hard-boiled eggs and transfer them to a bowl. Mash them well with a fork or push them through a potato ricer for extra creaminess.
- Stir in the mayo, mustard, pickle relish, and hot sauce. Blend well, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves, and garnish with paprika.
