- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 5–6 dashes of tabasco
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- red pepper flakes, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 250 degrees F for indirect heat and add wood for smoke flavor.
- Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, then remove it from the heat source.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Cajun dry rub, and hot sauce.
- Add the shrimp to the butter mixture and ensure they are evenly coated.
- Place the shrimp in the skillet or a foil pan and set it on the grill grates.
- Cook for 30 to 45 minutes, checking that the shrimp reach 145 degrees F and are opaque.
- Garnish the shrimp with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
