  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 56 dashes of tabasco
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • red pepper flakes, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 250 degrees F for indirect heat and add wood for smoke flavor.
  2. Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, then remove it from the heat source.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Cajun dry rub, and hot sauce.
  4. Add the shrimp to the butter mixture and ensure they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the shrimp in the skillet or a foil pan and set it on the grill grates.
  6. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes, checking that the shrimp reach 145 degrees F and are opaque.
  7. Garnish the shrimp with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
