Ingredients
Scale
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 36 pepperoni slices
- 4 tablespoon butter melted
- 2 teaspoon italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the griddle to low.
- Roll out each sheet of puff pastry gently and cut into 3 rectangles.
- On half of each rectangle, spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce, top with 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese, and place 6 slices of pepperoni, leaving a ¼" border around the edges.
- Fold the other half of the puff pastry over the fillings to create a sandwich, then press a fork along the edges to seal.
- Place the pizza pockets on the griddle and cover with a basting dome. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook covered on low for 12-15 minutes, carefully flipping every 2 minutes to prevent burning.
- In the last few minutes, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and brush it onto one side of the pockets before serving.
