Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the bread cubes, crushed pineapple along with its juice, and pineapple chunks.
- Season with kosher salt and transfer the mixture to a greased 12×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the top is bubbling and golden brown.
