  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the bread cubes, crushed pineapple along with its juice, and pineapple chunks.
