Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: frozen pineapple, frozen banana, coconut milk, cottage cheese, protein powder, and any optional ingredients.
- Blend until thick and silky, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
- If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a splash more coconut milk. If it's not thick enough, add more frozen pineapple or ice and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
