Instructions

- Stir to mix, then let it simmer on low for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped toasted pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
- Spoon the mixture into a silicone mini muffin pan or mini muffin pan lined with silicone liners to form clusters.
- Freeze for at least 1-2 hours until fully set.
