  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 34 teaspoons cracked black pepper extra coarse
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning blend
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a medium bowl or measuring pitcher.
  2. Grate the Parmesan cheese if necessary and grind the peppercorns until you have 3-4 teaspoons.
  3. In the bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, red wine vinegar, 3 teaspoons of cracked black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Mix the ingredients until they are very smooth.
  5. Taste the dressing, then adjust with more cracked black pepper or salt if desired.
  6. Cover the dressing and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
