- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3–4 teaspoons cracked black pepper extra coarse
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning blend
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare a medium bowl or measuring pitcher.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese if necessary and grind the peppercorns until you have 3-4 teaspoons.
- In the bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, red wine vinegar, 3 teaspoons of cracked black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Mix the ingredients until they are very smooth.
- Taste the dressing, then adjust with more cracked black pepper or salt if desired.
- Cover the dressing and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
