- 2 cups graham crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese softened (3 packages)
- 1 1/4 cup dulce de leche
- 3 cups cool whip (a 1l container)
- 3/4 cup icing sugar (i.e. confectioners sugar or powdered sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche for decorating
- flaky salt for decorating
Instructions
- Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; mix well.
- Press the graham mixture evenly onto the bottom of the prepared pan; place in the fridge to chill.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the dulce de leche, cool whip, icing sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined and fluffy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust in the springform pan, smoothing it out evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until set.
- Before serving, drizzle with additional dulce de leche and sprinkle with flaky salt.
