Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened (3 packages)
  • 1 1/4 cup dulce de leche
  • 3 cups cool whip (a 1l container)
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar (i.e. confectioners sugar or powdered sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche for decorating
  • flaky salt for decorating

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; mix well.
  3. Press the graham mixture evenly onto the bottom of the prepared pan; place in the fridge to chill.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add in the dulce de leche, cool whip, icing sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined and fluffy.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust in the springform pan, smoothing it out evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, drizzle with additional dulce de leche and sprinkle with flaky salt.
