- Divide dough into discs, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough, cut with cookie cutters, and add sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden, then cool on wire racks.
