- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (3 g)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (196 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fully combined.
- Add the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, whisking for about 1 minute until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Incorporate the freshly milled soft white wheat flour, baking powder, and salt, and fold gently until no dry flour remains.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 30-34 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden, and the center is just set. A toothpick inserted should come out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
