Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
- Incorporate the Jello mix until no dry bits remain.
- Mix dry ingredients, then gradually combine with the wet mixture.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
