Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the cucumbers and tomatoes. Thinly slice the cucumbers and onion, and cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion to a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, dill, and garlic powder.
  4. Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture.
  6. Gently toss until all the vegetables are coated in the creamy dressing.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Give the salad another gentle toss and serve cold.
