Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (12 count) hawaiian rolls
- 4 cups smoked mojo pulled pork shredded
- 8 oz deli ham
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup yellow mustard
- 12 dill pickles (patted dry to remove excess moisture)
- 3 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat a large cast iron griddle or skillet over medium-low heat.
- Keep the Hawaiian rolls connected and divide them into two sections of six rolls each, then slice horizontally to separate the tops from the bottoms.
- Spread yellow mustard over the cut sides of both halves of the rolls.
- Layer deli ham over the bottom buns, followed by smoked mojo pork, Swiss cheese, and dill pickles. Press the top buns gently over the filling.
- Spread softened butter over the tops of the first batch of sliders.
- Place the sliders buttered-side down onto the griddle, pressing firmly while cooking for 2–4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Flip the sliders carefully, buttering the exposed bottoms and pressing again, cooking for another 2–4 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Transfer the first batch to a cutting board and repeat. Let the sliders rest for 1–2 minutes, then cut them into individual sandwiches.

Feel free to add extra toppings like jalapeños for a spicy kick.
For best results, use freshly shredded pork instead of pre-packaged to enhance flavor.
Making these sliders ahead of time is great – just reheat in the oven before serving.
