Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 packets ranch dip mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6–8 hamburger buns
- your choice of hamburger garnishes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with ranch dip mix, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, eggs, Panko breadcrumbs, and black pepper.
- Gently mix the ingredients together without pressing too hard to avoid tough patties, then press the mixture into a cohesive ball.
- Divide the meat mixture into 6 to 8 portions, shaping each into a patty slightly larger than the buns, creating a small dimple on top of each patty to ensure even cooking.
- Preheat a large cast-iron skillet or grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
- Cook the patties in the skillet or on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, being cautious if using a grill due to the cheese inside.
- Once cooked, place patties on hamburger buns, add garnishes, and serve.
