- 1 lb prepared pizza dough
- 2½ cups diced chicken
- 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup creamy caesar dressing
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon cold water
Instructions
- Remove the pizza dough from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before starting. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, green onions, and Caesar dressing.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the pizza dough into thirds and shape each piece into a 10×6-inch rectangle. Spoon ⅓ of the chicken mixture down the length of each dough piece.
- Fold the dough like a burrito and place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Beat the egg with water and brush the mixture over the chicken bakes, sprinkling with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
