- 2 heads garlic cloves, peeled (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 12–16 ounces shrimp 1 bag, or 1 pound peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons garlic paste divided
- 1 teaspoon sea salt more to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 bell pepper diced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the garlic cloves and olive oil until smooth and paste-like, then set aside.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until softened.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, followed by garlic paste, sea salt, paprika, and seafood seasoning. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Stir in the butter and mix until melted and everything is combined well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
