  • Total Time: 0 hours
  • Yield: 15 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 cup light brown sugar or dark brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by lightly coating it with nonstick spray and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix, stirring just until combined.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips and the optional nuts if desired.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and sprinkle with the remaining white chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 23-27 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and they pull away from the sides of the pan. A toothpick should come out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
