- 2 (3.4 ounce) boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3½ cups milk
- 2½ cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (14.4 ounce) box honey graham crackers
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry vanilla pudding mix and milk until combined.
- Using a handheld mixer with the whip attachment, beat 1½ cups of heavy cream starting on low and gradually increasing to medium-high. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue beating until medium to stiff peaks form. Fold this whipped cream into the vanilla pudding mixture.
- Place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the prepared baking dish, breaking or cutting as necessary to cover the entire surface. Top with half of the creamy pudding mixture.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with another layer of graham crackers on top.
- In the microwave, heat 1 cup of heavy cream until warm. Add in the chocolate chips and let it sit for 5 minutes. Stir until the mixture is smooth and allow it to cool slightly before pouring it over the top graham cracker layer, spreading evenly with an offset spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
