- 16 oreo cookies, crushed, about 1 1/2 cups of crumbs
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Stir to mix and then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Sprinkle 1 cup mini chocolate chips on top.
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in flour and vanilla extract, then add evaporated milk and sour cream.
- Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, or until the center jiggles slightly.
- Let cool on the counter for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge and remove the sides of the pan.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
