Instructions
- Soften the unsalted butter at room temperature or heat it in the microwave in 15-second bursts until soft, mixing until creamy.
- Spoon the whipped butter onto a serving board, creating swirls and grooves for herbs and flowers.
- Grate lemon zest over the butter, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt and ground pepper.
- Chop the herbs finely and separate or tear flower petals. Scatter them over the butter.
- Add any additional garnishes, including blossoms and herbs, and drizzle with olive oil or honey. Serve with bread, radishes, or crackers.
