Instructions

- Chill the dough for at least an hour.

- Flour your surface and roll out the chilled dough to ¼ inch thick.
- Cut out shapes with cookie cutters and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm and center is soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Decorate with icing or powdered sugar if desired.
