- 6 low-moisture mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

- Cut 4 of the mozzarella sticks into 4 equal pieces, resulting in 16 pieces.

- Cut the remaining 2 mozzarella pieces into 8 parts each. After the rolls have risen, place these pieces between the rolls.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine butter, minced garlic, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave until the butter melts.
- After 10 minutes, take the rolls out and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Drizzle the melted butter mixture over them.
- Return the rolls to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 8 minutes until they are golden brown on top.
