Ingredients
- 2 oz. Blanco Tequila
- 1.5 oz. Carrot Juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup or agave
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 tsp Tajin Seasoning for the rim
- Shaved Carrots for garnish
Instructions
- Pour Tajin onto a small flat plate.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and press it into the Tajin to coat.
- Fill the glass with fresh ice and set aside.
- Add the tequila, carrot juice, ginger syrup, Cointreau, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds until the shaker is very cold to the touch.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Alternatively, strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass for a served-up presentation.
- Garnish with a rolled shaved carrot or lime wedge and serve immediately.
