  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt plus additional to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper plus additional to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and place a rack in the upper third.
  2. For easy clean up, line your baking sheets with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet and top with honey, vinegar, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss to coat and arrange the Brussels sprouts cut sides down for maximum crispiness.
  5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until charred outside and tender inside. Toss halfway through and rotate the pan for even cooking. Watch closely as they caramelize.
