  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping, thawed

Instructions

  • Arrange half of chocolate chip cookies in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Spread softened ice cream over the cookies.
  • Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on the ice cream and drizzle with half a cup of caramel sauce.
  • Layer remaining cookies on top of the ice cream.
  • Spread another layer of ice cream and top with remaining pecans and caramel.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Cut into squares and serve with whipped topping or extra caramel if desired.
