- 1.5 quarts Ice Cream – any flavor you love
- About 24 Chocolate Chip Cookies, homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 cup Caramel Sauce
- 2 cups Whipped Topping, thawed
Instructions
- Arrange half of chocolate chip cookies in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread softened ice cream over the cookies.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on the ice cream and drizzle with half a cup of caramel sauce.
- Layer remaining cookies on top of the ice cream.
- Spread another layer of ice cream and top with remaining pecans and caramel.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares and serve with whipped topping or extra caramel if desired.
