  • ¾ taza café dominicano molido, [44 gramos]
  • 1 pizca nuez moscada molida, (opcional)
  • 2 tazas leche entera, caliente [475 mililitros]
  • 4 cucharaditas azúcar morena, o blanca (o cantidad al gusto)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large greca (espresso or Italian coffee pot) with water below the valve in the water chamber.
  2. Add the ground coffee and optional nutmeg to the coffee basket of the greca, pressing a bit to keep an even level.
  3. If your coffee maker is smaller, adjust the portions to make half a cup per serving.
