- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, frozen blackberries, coconut yogurt, and maple syrup in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Optionally, smear 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of blackberry jam on the inside of your glass for a decorative swirl.
- Pour the blended smoothie into your glass and enjoy! If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the smoothie through a fine mesh strainer before serving.
