  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 10 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 4.25 ounces black olives sliced, drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Boil the rotini pasta according to package directions.
  2. Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta with cold water to cool it down.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk, whisking until smooth.
  4. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix until well blended.
  5. Add the cooled pasta, chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, black olives, and shredded cheese.
  6. Gently toss all the ingredients together until they are well-coated with the dressing.
  7. Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least 2 hours before serving.
