- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Pat the pork belly dry on all sides using paper towels.
- Score the skin in parallel lines or a crosshatch pattern, making sure not to cut into the meat.
- Mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Generously season all sides of the pork belly. Optionally, refrigerate the seasoned pork belly uncovered for 1 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Place the pork belly in a single layer in the air fryer basket with the skin side up. Avoid overlapping pieces.
- Cook at 350°F for 25 minutes to render the fat.
- Raise the temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the skin is deep golden and crispy. Keep an eye on it during this stage.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
