Instructions

  1. Prepare the lamb chops by ensuring they fit in the Air Fryer, typically 8 at a time.
  2. Trim excess fat from the lamb chops as desired.
  3. Combine ground rosemary, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a spice rub.
  4. Rub olive oil on both sides of the lamb chops, then sprinkle with the spice mixture, pressing it into the meat.
  5. If preferred, use Air Fryer Parchment Paper for easier cleanup. This step is optional.
  6. Allow lamb chops to reach room temperature while preheating the Air Fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  7. Cook lamb chops for 5 minutes on the first side, then flip them using tongs.
  8. On the second side, cook the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes, adjusting time for desired doneness (145°F or 62°C for medium-rare).
