Instructions
- Prepare the lamb chops by ensuring they fit in the Air Fryer, typically 8 at a time.
- Trim excess fat from the lamb chops as desired.
- Combine ground rosemary, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a spice rub.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the lamb chops, then sprinkle with the spice mixture, pressing it into the meat.
- If preferred, use Air Fryer Parchment Paper for easier cleanup. This step is optional.
- Allow lamb chops to reach room temperature while preheating the Air Fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- Cook lamb chops for 5 minutes on the first side, then flip them using tongs.
- On the second side, cook the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes, adjusting time for desired doneness (145°F or 62°C for medium-rare).
- After cooking, let the lamb chops rest for about 3 minutes before serving hot.
