- 2 cups bisquick
- ½ cup spriteⓡ
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine bisquick, sprite, and sour cream until just blended.
- Lightly sprinkle the countertop with bisquick and transfer the dough to it, kneading gently and patting it out to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Add more bisquick if necessary to create a very soft dough that holds together well.
- Pour melted butter into a cast iron skillet or an 8×8 baking dish.
- Use a biscuit cutter or the top of a small jar to cut out biscuits and place them into the pan with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and fully cooked.
