- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente for 8-10 minutes.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft, then add garlic.
- Cook adding chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika until done.
- Mix in cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in cheeses until melted and taste for seasoning.
- Combine spaghetti with the sauce and chicken, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water.
