- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 3 large green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 420°F (215°C).
- Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.
- Layer with half of the shredded pork and cheese.
- Repeat the layering with remaining pork and cheese.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce and ranch dressing over the top.
- Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Top with guacamole, ranch dressing, tomatoes, cilantro, and green onions.
