Ingredients

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp avocado oil (or other neutral oil)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Thai chili, minced
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil (for cooking)
- 5 oz mixed greens
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced
- 3/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, loosely packed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, loosely packed
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- Whisk dressing ingredients together and set aside.
- Season sirloin steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in skillet and sear steak for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a salad bowl, add mixed greens and top with tomatoes, onion, herbs, and peanuts.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
