Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Prick sweet potatoes with a fork and bake on a lined baking sheet for 70-80 minutes until soft.
  • Cool and scoop the insides into a food processor.
  • Blend sweet potatoes with eggs, sugar, salt, pepper, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cayenne until smooth.
