- 8–11 pounds spiral sliced ham
- 1/4 cup apple juice or pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Remove packaging and place the ham in a baking dish.
- Pour apple or pineapple juice around the ham.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to make the glaze.
- Bring the glaze mixture to a boil and stir for 5 minutes.
- 20 minutes before the ham is done, brush the glaze over the ham.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let the ham rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
