Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
  • Mash bananas in a mixing bowl and mix with honey or maple syrup, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Add the prepared spinach and blend until smooth.
