Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, looking for a slightly jiggly center.
- Turn off the oven, leaving the cheesecake inside for an hour.
- Transfer to the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
