Instructions
- Season steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak bites in batches until browned and transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add onion and garlic to the slow cooker, mixing gently.
- Pour beef stock and sprinkle au jus gravy mix over the steak; add butter on top.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
