Instructions
- Cook orzo pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened. Add minced garlic for the last minute.
- Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, then add beef broth and simmer for a few minutes.
- Mix in the cooked orzo and stir until warmed through.
- Serve in bowls, optionally topped with cheese, green onions, or pickles.
