- ½ cup (119 g) heavy cream
- 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup (40 g) romano cheese, shredded
- ½ cup (50 g) parmesan cheese, shredded, plus more for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions, ground beef, Italian sausage, and minced garlic; cook until the meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
- Pour in marinara sauce, beef broth, and crushed tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
- Add frozen cheese ravioli and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low, mix in heavy cream and cheeses until melted.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley and extra parmesan.
