  • 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup (40 g) romano cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup (50 g) parmesan cheese, shredded, plus more for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onions, ground beef, Italian sausage, and minced garlic; cook until the meat is no longer pink.
  • Stir in Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
  • Pour in marinara sauce, beef broth, and crushed tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
  • Add frozen cheese ravioli and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
