- 1/3 cup hot water
Instructions
- Boil water and cook egg noodles and broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix Gochujang paste, dark soy sauce, sugar, and hot water to create sauce.
- Sauté green onions, ginger, and garlic in vegetable oil until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Combine beef mixture with sauce and cooked noodles, toss to coat and serve hot.
